The Participant declares that information provided for signing this agreement in accordance with the Program Guidelines is true and accurate, to the best of the Participant’s knowledge. The Participant acknowledges that if any of the information is found to be materially false or misleading, the Ministry may unilaterally terminate this agreement without penalty.
